Representative Experience

  • Work experience Claudio Sanchez for 3 years, where he collaborated in the planning and drafting of various labor procedural acts; in the constitution of unions and union confederations such as the Central de Trabajadores de Chile (CTCH) and others.
  • Legal advisor to Councilwoman Natalia Contreras in the Municipality of Santiago, to the Constitutional Convention, Paola Grandón and Roberto Celedón in the Constitutional Convention. He drafted normative initiatives, official letters and others.
  • He has been assistant professor of Labor Law, International Public Law and others. At present, he is an assistant professor of Philosophical Foundations of Law, Natural Law, Canon Law and other areas of specialization.
  • Columnist in various magazines dealing with topics as diverse as Constitutional Law, as well as moral theology, economics, politics and social sciences in general. Among these, Diario Constitucional.

Education

  • Law Catholic University of Chile.
  • 2022: Diploma in Public Policy from the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) UN 2030 agenda. Foundation for Social Development (FUDESO) and University of Santiago de Chile (USACH).
