Once that's done, we'll send you the corresponding contract through DocuSign for your signature, and with that, you're ready to start receiving our services!
How do I change or improve my plan?
If your needs change, you can upgrade your plan at any time. You just need to contact us to let us know about the change or improvement you want to make. We can adjust your current service or switch you to a plan that better fits your new needs, even during the current month.
How do I cancel my plan?
We understand that your needs may change. You can cancel your plan at any time by simply notifying us by email or through our website. The services will continue to be active until the end of the paid month, and no additional charges will be made after cancellation.
