Is the address valid to register my company with the SII?
Yes, absolutely. We give you a lease/subletting contract signed with an Advanced Electronic Signature or Notary, which meets 100% of the requirements required by the Internal Revenue Service to carry out your Start of Activities or Change of Address without comments.
Can I file for my Commercial Patent with this address?
Of course. Unlike residential homes (which usually have restrictions), our address is in a consolidated commercial area that allows us to obtain a Commercial Patent. We provide you with all the necessary documents for you to carry out the procedure in the corresponding Municipality (e.g. Providencia or Las Condes)
Do you receive orders or merchandise from my suppliers?
No, our focus is on legal and documentary management. We receive all your administrative correspondence (envelopes, certified letters from the bank, notifications from the SII or TGR), digitize them and let you know. However, for safety and space, we do not operate as a warehouse nor do we receive boxes of merchandise or logistics packages.
Do you offer a Tax Address?
Yes. Our international clients keep their tax and notification addresses at our offices, located in the financial district of Santiago.
How quickly can I start using the address?
Right away. Once the payment has been completed and the digital contract signed (a process that takes a few minutes), we send you the enabling documents in less than 24 business hours. With that, you're ready to do your paperwork on the SII website.
If I already have a monthly plan with NSS, do I have to pay for this separately?
The benefit applies only during the first annual period. When you subscribe to our monthly Accounting or Legal Compliance plans, the Virtual Office service is 100% discounted for the first 12 months of its validity. Once this period has ended, the renewal of the service will be subject to the payment of the current annual fee.
What if I get an urgent notification from the SII or a court?
That is our specialty. As a law firm, we understand the urgency of these letters. As soon as we receive an official notification (certified letter, subpoena from the SII or a court), we scan it and alert you by email or Slack the same day so that you don't miss any legal deadline.
