Tax on your financial investments

Tax compliance
We make sure your numbers match your account statements, reports and records, with enough evidence to back them up before the SII.
Cost basis + accounting consistency
Foreign investments + DJ 1929
Sworn statements + annual support file
If your portfolio holds more than one instrument, this is for you
Ideal for individuals and companies that invest in stocks, funds, bonds, deposits, stock market transactions or derivatives, in Chile and/or abroad, and need to comply with the SII without improvising.
I have investments in Chile and/or abroad
I use one or more brokers / brokerage firms / banks
I receive dividends or interest, or sell frequently
I want to avoid discrepancies, amended returns or fines
I need accounting support and a traceable calculation
The problem isn't investing, it's reporting without order or documentation
When your portfolio diversifies, new obligations appear: correct cost basis, accounting consistency, sworn statements and traceability. We leave everything closed out and defensible.
What usually goes wrong in diversified portfolios
What we do at NSS
We cover every typical instrument in a diversified portfolio
From simple investments to complex transactions: we classify your portfolio by instrument type and follow a clear methodology so you file on time and with full support.
Sworn Statement 1929: if you invest outside Chile, the SII already knows
Since Chile adopted the CRS, every September the SII receives information on the accounts of Chilean residents from 96 countries. Your investments, accounts and assets abroad are no longer invisible: if you don't report them in the DJ 1929, the risk isn't hypothetical. It's an audit with fines, interest and inflation adjustments.
The good news: reporting correctly doesn't mean paying more. Using credits for taxes paid abroad and double taxation treaties, we get your international investments in order, and you pay only what's fair.
You're Chilean with investments abroad (stocks, crypto, funds, real estate, companies). The SII cross-checks them against your Form 22.
You've already received an SII notice or audit. We can get you compliant and reduce the impact before it escalates.
A process designed for portfolios with many transactions
We organize your data, calculate results using tax criteria, and get your sworn statements and accounting ready for the year-end close and any SII review.
