We identify your company's ultimate owners, as required by Chile's anti-money laundering law.
Power of attorney
Your company grants the power of attorney to your representative. If you're outside Chile, you sign it in your country, apostille it and we handle the rest.
Representative registration
We register your representative with the SII and notify your banks. From then on, they can sign for your company.
Ongoing operation
We sign on your instructions, reply within 24 business hours, and your taxes and social security contributions are done within the first 5 business days of each month.

Legal representation goes together with NSS monthly accounting, so whoever signs knows your company's numbers.
Fixed fees in USD, excluding VAT. We invoice on the 1st of each month and you can pay in USD or CLP. Third-party costs (notary, publications and certificates) are billed at cost.

If your company's owners or managers are outside Chile, it needs someone here to represent it before the SII, banks and other institutions. And if it holds a Chilean RUT without operating in the country, the SII requires a representative for as long as it keeps that RUT.
